Patelco may contact you via text messages to your mobile number via short code 41043. These Terms of Service, hereafter referred to as “TOS”, refer specifically to SMS (text message) communications that are handled via short code 41043.
When you opt in to the service governed by this TOS, we will send you an SMS (text) message to confirm your signup.
This service is used to send you notifications about your accounts with Patelco Credit Union. By opting in, you are agreeing to received service-related messages about your accounts with Patelco Credit Union.
You can unsubscribe from (cancel) this service at any time. Just text STOP to 41043. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us from short code 41043. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 41043. After you send the message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service, as well as how to unsubscribe.
