It’s easy to deposit checks anytime right from your App. Simply choose the account you want to deposit into, enter the amount, then take pictures of the front and back of your signed check. In most cases, the first $300 deposited will be made available immediately. The remaining funds are generally available on the second business day after the day of your deposit.

See your balance and recent transactions with Snapshot on our App
With Snapshot turned on, you’ll see the balances of your chosen accounts instantly when you open the app. To view your recent transactions just tap on the account name, and we’ll display the last five transactions.
To turn Snapshot on or off, follow these steps:
- Sign in to our Mobile App
- Select the MORE widget
- Select the Settings widget
- Select Snapshot and tap on Use Snapshot
- Toggle to turn each account on or off
- That’s it! You’ll see your chosen settings next time you open the Mobile App
Get account updates to your phone with push notifications
Push notifications on our Mobile App help you stay up to date on everything from recent transactions to your balance to security alerts.
To get started:
- Log in to Patelco Online™ on a desktop computer
- Select your name in the upper right
- Select Settings
- Select the Contact tab to add and verify your mobile number (if it's not already added and verified)
- Select the Alerts tab
- Select the gear icon next to alert you want to receive and turn on push notifications
- When you’re done configuring the alert, make sure to select Save Changes
Once your desktop steps are complete, log in to the Mobile App and complete the following:
- On your phone go to Settings > Alerts and turn on notifications for the Patelco Mobile App
- Then, open the Patelco Mobile App and on the log in screen select the Remember User ID checkbox (if you’ve already set up biometric login using your fingerprint or face, your app has already been set up to remember your User ID)
