Two quick ways to check your account balance and recent transactions
We’re changing our phone banking based on the features members are using most: starting mid-March, you won’t be able to send a text to get your account balance or transactions anymore. Instead, you can find out your balance (and much more) with our mobile app or automated phone banking.
1. Download our Mobile App
Our Mobile App for Android and iPhone is top-rated. Now, with the new Snapshot feature, you can even see your balance and latest transactions without signing in.

2. Check your balance and more with automated phone banking
With automated telephone banking, it’s quick and easy to get your balance, transfer funds, or make payments.
To get started, have your member number ready, then call 800.358.8228 and select option 4 from the main menu to choose your PIN.
