Financial relief solutions for members
We’re offering a range of solutions to help members manage through temporary or extended periods of reduced or lost income due to COVID-19. Whether your individual situation calls for delaying a payment, increasing your credit line, waiving a fee, or getting a loan, our team is here for you.

We’re Keeping Our Team And Members Safe
We want to do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect our team and members. Many counties are now requiring face masks be worn when visiting essential businesses. To comply with requirements and recommendations from health officials and local governments, we’re now requiring that appropriate face masks be worn when visiting our branches. Please wear a medical mask, cloth mask, or bandana over your nose and mouth. Please don’t wear full face masks as these are a security risk. You might be asked to temporarily lower your mask for identification purposes when transacting with a Patelco team member.

Supporting our community
We’re passionate about giving back to our communities and now more than ever we want to help families who might be facing a food crisis as a result of the pandemic.
Many of our members have lost income due to COVID-19 and might be facing food insecurities so we want to ensure that we are supporting those who are most vulnerable in our community– the elderly, children, and families. That’s why Patelco is donating $130,000 to Bay Area and Sacramento food banks.
Patelco has a long history of supporting our local food banks and they need us now more than ever to keep necessary and valuable services available.
