Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP)

Have a Fannie Mae Home Loan? You could be eligible to refi for lower monthly payments through HARP. Even if you owe more than your home’s current value, if your loan is owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae, you could refinance with Patelco for:

How Do I Qualify?

  • Your loan must have been sold to Fannie Mae before June 1, 2009
  • You must have no late payments within the last 6 months, and no more than one within the last 12 months
  • If your loan is serviced by Patelco, or another lender and you don’t have mortgage insurance, you may be eligible for a HARP refinance regardless of your home’s value

Terms

  • Your loan must be refinanced as a 15-year, 20-year, or 30-year fixed rate term
  • Loans with mortgage insurance must be processed by your current lender
