No, Anywhere Deposit will only allow you to deposit checks one at a time.

Why does my check image have extra space around it?

The imaging process depends on the scanner. Some scanners may scan the check with extra space and some won't. We recommend marking 4 black dots, the size of the pencil eraser, in each corner of the check before scanning it. This will help the scanner find the outline of the check so that you will not have to crop extra space.

What should I do if the check image appears completely blank?

Rescan the image by clicking the Back button, and selecting Scan Front of Check. Most scanners have an arrow indicating where to position the check. Before rescanning, make sure the check is aligned within the area indicated by the arrow.

What should I do if the check image is over-cropped?

If the check image is over-cropped within Anywhere Deposit, click Undo until the original scanned image appears in the window. Then crop the image manually by clicking on the top left and bottom right corners of the check and clicking Crop. If the image was over-cropped during capture, you will have to rescan the check.

What should I do if my image is not smaller than 1 MB?

If your image exceeds 1 MB, resave the file with a smaller file size through your computer or scanner software.

How will I know whether my check has been deposited successfully?

You will receive an electronic receipt with a confirmation number and a copy of the check, which you can print and retain for your records.

When will I be able to see the deposit in my account history?
