Patelco's Online Banking Security Guarantee assures the security of our online service.

When you use PC-24, we guarantee that you will be covered 100% for any unauthorized removal of funds from your accounts while we are handling your transactions. This includes funds removed from your accounts as a result of:

• Online theft of your account numbers or password.
• Unauthorized online removal of funds from your accounts.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your online password, account numbers, personal identification information, and other account data confidential.
• Patelco cannot be responsible for, and will not cover, losses due to the following:

• Input errors or misuse of the service.
• Negligent handling or sharing of passwords leading to unauthorized access to accounts.
• Leaving a computer unattended during an online session. Be sure to click "Log Out" to end your session.
• Failure to report known incidents of unauthorized account access within two business days.
