Secured Loan
Secure your loan with a savings or certificate account, or stocks you own, to receive lower rates and favorable terms. Certain restrictions apply.

Stock-Secured Loan

With a Stock-secured loan you can borrow up to 80% of the current market value of stocks you own. Stocks held in brokerage accounts and retirement account may not
be used.

Savings-Secured Loan

A Savings-secured loan may be made for amounts up to 100% of available funds in a regular Patelco share account. Terms up to 10 years are available. Funds in checking, money market, IRA, and certain other accounts may not be used as collateral.

Certificate-Secured Loan

Certificate-secured Loan can be made in amounts up to 100% of the balance in a Patelco certificate. The loan must be paid in full when the certificate matures.
