To activate your credit card, call 1.800.543.5073. If you call from
your home phone, the activation system will confirm your identity by that
telephone number and will not ask for any other information. If you call from a
different phone number, the system will ask for your SSN or other personal
identification.
Authorization Problems Please note that reissued and replacement cards will have a different expiration date
than that of your previous card. Make sure you contact any merchants who charge
your account on a regular basis (such as newspaper subscriptions, gym
memberships, AOL, etc.) and give them your new expiration date to avoid
authorization problems.
Fraud Protection Patelco may block ATM and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and purchases made with Patelco's MasterCard, Visa Gold, Visa Classic, and ATM Express Card/Debit Card in certain countries.
There is a block in effect for all Visa Gold Card transactions originating in Canada until further notice.
There is a block in effect for all Visa Debit Card transactions originating in Japan until further notice.

Transaction Disputes If you would like to dispute a charge or report a fraudulent charge on your credit and/or debit card, please call 1.800.600.5249 (Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm PST).
