What is Health Benefits Plus?
It is not an insurance plan. Health Benefits Plus contracts with service providers to offer sizeable discounts — from 10 to 60 percent — off doctor visits, hospitalization, specialists, vision, prescriptions, dental* and more.
Will I have to meet certain qualifications?
No! Since this is a discount program, not insurance, all Patelco members are eligible to participate. Plus there are no forms to fill out, no deductibles and no limits. As long as you pay the monthly fee ($19.95 for individuals, $29.95 for families) the discounts are yours for the taking.
