Notice of the 2007 Annual Meeting of the General Membership of Patelco Credit Union

To Members of Patelco Credit Union:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the members of Patelco Credit Union will be held at 144 Second Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at 7:00 pm. The order of business at the Annual Meeting shall be:

1. Determination of quorum
2. Reading and approval or correction of the minutes of the last annual meeting
3. Report of the Directors
4. Report of the Treasurer
5. Report of the Credit Manager
6. Report of the Supervisory Committee
7. Unfinished business
8. Elections
9. Adjournment

Members are notified that three (3) year general proxies held by the Board of Directors shall be used in connection with all matters of business properly brought before the membership at the annual meeting, including the election of directors.
