2 Annual Percentage Rate. Calculations based on a loan amount for $417,000 plus closing costs and points. The 3/1 ARM is fixed for the first 3 years and then converts to an ARM with annual adjustments. The index is the weekly average of the 1-year US Treasury Securities adjusted to constant maturity of one year, as made available by the Federal Reserve Bank.
